Patch Tests

What it is

A patch test is a short, free appointment before your first lash lift or extension service (or a general test for other products). A tiny amount of product is applied to see how your skin reacts before the full service.

What it means

Some people have sensitivities to adhesives, tints or lift solutions. A patch test lets you find out in advance, in a small area, instead of during your full appointment. It is not a guarantee, and it does not replace advice from a medical professional if you have allergies or a known sensitivity. Read why in why a patch test comes first.

Who needs one

  • First-time extension or lash lift clients.
  • Clients trying a new service or product, such as a tint.
  • Anyone with sensitive skin or a history of reactions: talk to a medical professional before booking.
