Cancellations, late arrivals and no-shows
Cancellation policy to be confirmed. Olivia is finalizing her notice window and fee details. Until this is published, please text or call before booking if you have questions.
Fills
- Plan a fill every 2-3 weeks. If it has been more than 4 weeks since your last fill, or fewer than 50% of your extensions remain, a full set is required.
- Fills for lashes applied by another artist require removal plus a full set.
Arriving
- Please arrive on time. If you are more than 15 minutes late you may need to reschedule.
- Arrive with clean lashes, no mascara or makeup residue.
- Skip contact lenses for the appointment and bring glasses if you need them.
Clients and refunds
- Clients must be 18 years or older.
- Olivia does not offer refunds. All sales are final.
Payment
Card, check, cash and Venmo are accepted.
